-> close all background programms, such as instant messengers (ICQ, MSN, etc), your internet browser, etc
-> try to create several games.
-> if you managed to create a game, tell a friend to help you to mule the most important stuff (small items with low space requirement such as rings, amulet, jewels etc. - if you have items with "aura when equipped" on your char try to unequip them too)
if it doesnt work, try to restart your pc and try it one more time.
if its still not working you probably need a rollback and these are the infos we need
btw: you always get an ingame warning when you enter a game and your charsize is near the max-size
